Can anyone help me with prices in this area? I had a random call and offer to purchase. This was inherited property. Very unfamiliar with all of this. Thank you.

Of course, my apologies… Eddy County, NM. Section 5, Section 6, Township 21S, Range 32 E. I was contacted by a company via phone and was presented with an offer, not sure what to do.
