Today I received an unsolicited offer to purchase in an adjoining section (30-8-9) for $2500 per NMA. ---

There is a lot of leasing in the area and nearby over the last two years. Looks like something is beginning to heat up. The unsolicited offers are the next clue. Stay patient and looks like activity is picking up. ---
