If you want a more informative answer, you would need to give a legal location with the abstract number. The leasing is highly dependent upon the geology and perceived value of future wells. Totally dependent upon location.

I really need your help. I see that you understand all this mineral rights stuff. Is there any way you can tell me what this well is doing and what I’m entitled to? I haven’t signed a lease, and it’s a producing and fracking well.
