I have had an offer to purchase my minerals and I need to find out what is going on (if anything) in the area. The property is located in Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 1 West in Carter County, Oklahoma and it is leased. The offer is $1500/Net Min Ac to Purchase 100% of the Min Interest and the lease. If anyone knows about this area please contact me.
