What kind of offers have you received for your mineral interest? I am getting offers of $10,000-$12,000 per net royalty acre. One active well. Block 59 T2. Thanks. ---

I’ve received offers much greater than that in Section 58, Township 2. Being on the east side of Section 59, Township 2 versus the west side of Section 59, Township 2 can make a pretty significant difference in value. ---
