I have a brother receiving inheritance and not me. They said I needed to sign in 10 days or offer would be void? Anyone help me. ---

Probably start with the state where the minerals are located. In Oklahoma I am not aware of any 10-day signing rule; it certainly is not in the probate statutes or case law. Don’t get rushed into anything you don’t understand.
