# Mineral dispute

I am in dire need of legal counsel. I have mineral rights that have been disputed for some 3 years now. Payments have been deferred to an account until resolution of dispute. I am looking for suggestions on a reputable law firm that I can have research my case and tell me what is going on with it.

@M_Barnes is correct in that you’ll want an atty licensed in the state in which the minerals are located. Having your ‘story’ reduced to writing and associated documents scanned and emailable, will help reduce the time (ie costs) it will take for someone to establish a plan of action for you.
