Have recently been getting communications from Community Minerals in Houston regarding mineral rights in Carter County, Oklahoma: S19 Township 4S Range 1W SE NW. Is there new activity there (Continental?) or is this just new business solicitation? I’ve heard nothing from anywhere else. Thanks in advance and thanks for all the past help from all y’all in this forum. B

There are no new filings for this section in Carter County. Most likely a solicitation!

I get about one or more offers from them a month. They buy minerals. Nothing going on in that area at this time.
