First, please forgive my ignorance on this subject. My husband inherited mineral rights in Midland County, Section 33, block 39. I read the drilling and completion wells report in the Midland Reporter Times each week. In the last few weeks, development wells in Section 33, Block 39, T-3-S, have been listed. My husband’s lease is located in T-1-S. What is the difference? These are fracking wells. Will these wells include his property? Any help is appreciated.
