My name is Archibald Peisch and I am a mineral owner in this section. My rights were leased to Heller Oil Company two years ago. Does anyone know when Charter Oak Productions might be drilling?

You need to give the rest of the legal. There are many section 19’s. We need the complete section, township and range in order to answer. From the companies you mentioned, I can guess that it was sold to BP hence the delay. Post the whole legal and then we can help.
