Hello—new here and wondering if anyone knows anything about the area: Section 34-9N-4W in McClain County and if it is an active site. Our family discovered that we inherited this; we are interested in selling it. Thanks so much for the information. ---

Welcome to the forum. Don’t be too quick to think about selling. You need to find out if you have royalties in suspense, active wells, future pending wells, etc. Once you know what you have and what it is worth, then you may change your mind or have better bargaining power to get a higher price if you do want to sell. You have a well drilling right now, so that might be very important to know. ---
