# McClain Pooling

I do not know what to do next. I inherited mineral interest in McClain County section 5 township 7N Range 4 W. I discovered these interests were incorrectly pooled in 1981. My predecessor’s name was never listed in the original pooling hearings or orders. Now the operator has told me an error occurred back in 1981 and they never knew about us and we were never placed in a pay deck. They have been producing from our mineral interests for 45 years with no compensation. Te-Ray Operator said I am not held under pooling or lease and he is now deeming me a working interest. What does this mean and what do I do now. I also inherited McClain County section 4 township 7N Range 4W. Do I need to check on this pooling order also?
