I have 42 acres here. I leased it for $175 last time for 3 years. I have been offered $200 this time for 3 years with all the good clauses. I am sort of gun shy to lease for 200. I leased a bunch of different ones nearby for $450 an acre in 2014. Anybody have an opinion on lease rates in this area?
