# Matador Resources withholding funds

I have 37 wells with working interest with Matador Resources in Eddy County, New Mexico. The majority should be in pay status and inherited ownership was established on April 24. We have been paid on 4 so far and 11 more are still owed. They are giving every excuse in the book to hold off on paying and have even given me the dates of payout. Who can complaints be sent to without hiring a lawyer? Again all paperwork has been filed and accepted by Matador for inherited ownership so this is not the issue. Some wells are owed suspended payments since 2021.

It depends on the issue as to next steps. What is the current reason your interest is in suspense?
