What is the range per rod for a gathering line? How do you address future environmental issues and pipeline abandonment, and can you set a time limit of 10 years for example?

I moved this over to Martin Co., TX for you. Get an attorney who knows surface issues to help you with this type of lease. It can be important and the time is likely to be much longer than 10 years, so very important to get good advice.
