Buddy,

I’m a new member of the forum, and tried to download the ‘Lease Report’ (found at this address: [http://www.mineralrightsforum.com/forum/attachment/download?id=4401368%3AUploadedFile%3A12993](http://www.mineralrightsforum.com/forum/attachment/download?id=4401368%3AUploadedFile%3A12993)

But all I get is ‘Page 8’ of what seems to be a multi-page report. Does everyone have this experience?

Dear John,

That is correct. I only uploaded the portion that I sought approval from the publishers to upload here.

Actually, I am a new subscriber to their product and I am very disappointed in the information that they put forth. In my home county, for example, they are quoting lease prices from 10 years ago.
