I have talked to the Land Man Amanda McEntire and she tells me they are searching title and I should be receiving my checks soon. There must be someone else that Luxe has leases with. You would think that they would like to be receiving money for the oil also. Sure takes them a long time for some reason.

When did the well start producing? I don’t know what your lease looks like but my guess is it will say between 90-120 days from first production. It’s probably getting close to that now so I would think you will see something soon.
