This group of people that share information for those of us with questions, is most appreciated.
My advice if you own minerals - keep digging and educating yourself. Never make a quick decision on selling. Usually, the first price in even leasing is lowballing the deal. You can always research and ask for more bonus $. I saw the price offered to buy mineral rights in 18 months go from $7,500 per acre to $20,000 per acre. I didn’t sell but the key - do not rush into a deal. The old song “Only Fools Rush In” Good luck out there in the Oil and Gas Mineral rights world.
