My mom received a document about an application for a 640 acre drilling and spacing unit in Section 7-7-2, in Love County, OK. Did anyone else receive this, and can you please explain what this means?

That is the first step at the OK Corporation Commission that a company files to indicate they want to drill either a deep gas well or a horizontal well. Read through it and it pretty much explains itself. What company filed?
