# Lots of mail coming

What is going on here? A lot of mail coming in for me on this section: Section 6, Township 13 North, Range 19 West.

if you are talking about OCC mail, then it is helpful to put the cases in numerical order and then in date order. They tell you what is about to happen. Since I just took a look, Nadel and Gussman are planning horizontal activity. If you got a pooling order case, then read it carefully. You only have 20 calendar days in which to answer. (by certified mail). Most of us would take the higher royalty option and a higher royalty on a successful well over many years far outweighs a one time bonus payment.

They drilled the Quetzal which came online 6/10/2025. Production results are interesting. If you just have minerals, then keep throwing away letters and cashing checks when they come. Around December/January is when I would start looking for them.

Hello, I own in Section 6. Been talking with Nadel a few days after it was put online. They told me we would be very, very pleased with the results but didn’t supply any numbers. If you know them, please post!
