My family has received a strong offer to purchase our mineral rights in the Uinta Basin and we are looking for recommendations for a very good mineral rights attorney in Utah to assist and represent us. Does anyone have any strong recommendations?

Good luck with that. The private attorneys I contacted went silent after I emailed them the leases that I wanted evaluated. It appears that many attorneys in Utah who say they have experience in mineral rights are beholding to the drilling companies. I also asked the NARO for references and they never got back to me.

I contacted him and he evaluated leases from two different companies. Advised me against both of them and negotiated a lease with more favorable terms.
