# Long time looker -- Description Question

Upton Co. Sec 19- Blk N- A-246 the W/2 of the N 1/3, the E/2 of the middle 1/3, the W/2 of the S 1/3, and the N 240 acres of the W/2. Question- is this normal practice to overlap descriptions, or dose it mean something different ? Could have said the same thing with the west half of sec 19 and the E/2 of the middle 1/3 . Family has RI, ORI in the above also (2) ORI in the S/2 of the SW/4. I just keep thinking I am missing something here. What a great Forum Thanks to everybody Tim
