# Logan County, Oklahoma....need help/advise

OK so I’m very new to this. I’ve been out of this circle for a while now… ok I never really was in this circle but just started getting my royalties check again after 2-3 years or so.
Here’s what I have so far…
1. I’ve found that I have a lease in Logan County, Oklahoma
2. The name of the wells are REUPERT 1-21MH
3. There are several other family members on the same lease, I guess that’s the case anyway.
4. The longitude and latitude are: -36.1028277778, -97.4264083333
5. My owner number is XXXXXXXXX. (I hope it’s ok that I released that number like I said I have no idea what’s ok and what’s not ok)
6. I know that I got one check before White Star went into Chapter 11.
7. I am in desperate need for money as my wife takes a special kind of medication and there is no insurance. (Beside the point).
8. I know that Devon Energy had it before White Star Petroleum.
Things I’d like to know:
1. Am I a landowner?
2. Can I sell my part of the lease?
3. If so, what is the fastest means?
4. There are so many things I’d like to know… am I missing anything yet, lol.
