I need desperately need guidance regarding severed mineral rights in Imperial County (Lithium Valley) California. The County seems to be ignoring the severance and my family is not understanding the urgency and importance of actions we must take to secure our rights that were severed in a 1952 Land Patent prior to area development. I have been doing my homework but they think I’m living in a dream world…how do I prove _confidently_ I’m correct (without referencing AI or getting overly emotional about the April 17th deadline for comment) eeek please help…
