Does anyone have land and/or mineral rights in J. Carson A-202 survey in Leon County, Texas?

Comstock and Mitsui have both recently leased acreage in that survey.

There are at least 50 other owners as there have been over 50 new leases in Whitaker in the last 24 months. Several agents are in there leasing. Cytex South Texas Operating just filed a permit for a horizontal well just to the SW about two miles. The surface is in Madison Co with one well going north into Leon and one going south into Madison.
