# Legal help to clear title

I live in PA and my family has 10 acres in Creek County, Oklahoma which does not have a clear title. Am interested in recommendation for legal help to help clear title. Thank you in advance.

Most often this involves a probate or multi-generational probate. If so, this can be done remotely, meaning that nobody will need to travel to Oklahoma. Also, in most cases, a summary probate procedure can be used. This results in title being cleared upon in about 60-75 days from filing.
