Hello, I’m new to all of this.

I was wondering if anyone had heard of Rockwell Energy LLC?

Are they a valid company (I’m unable to find any information on them—no website), a true middleman, or a 3rd party trying to upsell a lease of a mineral right?

I don’t have any other offers for leasing and they give a deadline coming up and I don’t know what to do.

I see a Rockwell Energy LLC with a well in TX. There are several companies named Rockwell Energy in different states. Where in the one contacting you from?

If you give the section, township and range, we can give a look for activity and see if there are other agents in the area.

I own mineral rights in Weld County, Colorado as well. I also just received a lease option from Rockhill Energy with a deadline to sign on Feb 6th. Interesting.
