# Leasing Bonuses going up in Montague County

Heard that the renewal bonuses for some had been upped to $2,000 per acre since the area has been proven - anyone heard the same?

Location, Location, Location.

Other leases have gone at that price, but definitely not across the entire county.

If you leased before drilling picked up over the past couple of years, you’ll most definitely get much more than you did then.

Yes, we did lease before the drilling picked up.
