It’s also possible that “going into production” means that a lateral will be drilled and frac’d. If this is going to happen, should be a permit filing soon. ---

That’s the address of their registered agent. The company address listed on the lease offer is 25 Highland Park Village, Suite 100-863, Dallas TX 75205. However, that is a UPS store that offers mailbox services. My assumption is that Emawood Energy is an LLC created for leasing purposes. ---

There have been five or more very expensive attempts to complete vertical Deep Bossier or Haynesville type wells in the past in Houston County going back to the early 1980s. The Chesapeake Richards (22,000 ft+), Cook, Whitehead, and the McFaddins. Both 2D and 3D studies. If a company like Expand/Chesapeake doesn’t have enough data by now, they NEVER will have. ---
