We have been approached by a landman to lease property that we have in Panola County, Texas - C Lindsey Survey A-387. Does anyone have knowledge of current lease terms in this area? Thanks!

As to “terms”… no, however it is my personal opinion that this area is “pooling” and you might want to “get in on it” so to speak. Just my opinion mind you. I have a nominal interest in A-237. Respectfully Karen.
