Hello folks,
Anyone being contacted to lease minerals in Grady Co. in Sections 9 and 10 - Township 3 North - Range 6 West?
An unknown to us, third party is contacting our family, wanting us to lease, and not wanting to disclose who the operator will be.

Berlin and Continental have been leasing nearby. Not sure who Berlin is leasing for. Closest recent permit is by Flywheel who bought Conoco/Marathon acreage and also Ovintiv acreage. Also Warwick has a new permit.
