I am the owner of 250 acres of land here of an inheritance from my mom and I like to get it up and running it has not had any productivity in 20 years

Welcome to the forum. Make sure that your name and address are properly filed in the county courthouse so that any landmen can find you.
If you have a block, abstract and section, the forum may be able to comment on activity nearby. If there is unfavorable geology, then no one will be interested in drilling. If it is good, then someone may contact you.

Call the county courthouse and ask them how to file your name and address and probate documents. They may have a form template with size of paper, margins, etc. or an Affidavit of address requirements.
