We have a small mineral interest in Sections28, 30, 31 & 32, T24N-R59E, and Sections 5&6; T23N-R59E, MPM, Richland County, Montana. We have been offered a working interest participation or a lease with a three year term @ 18.75% royalty and a lease bonus of $300/ac. We could also be a non-consenting working interest subject to risk penalty. Any thoughts? thank you
