Would like to know the going rates for gas lease and royalties, in Cummings Township, Lycoming County, PA. ---

Lycoming County has been averaging around $2000 upfront bonus with a high around $5000. 5 year primary terms and royalties are hovering around a high of 20%. Remember, the end of the year is here and offers and from our past experiences negotiations tend to peak out in late summer/early fall in this area. ---
