I own interest in sections of land in Weld County, where a producer has already drilled four wells which are producing oil. I haven’t signed a lease yet, due to heirship issues which are being resolved. How much can I expect per net mineral acre for a bonus/lease? Also, what can one generally expect in net $ royalty payments per 10 net mineral acres owned with four producing wells?
