Hi everyone! Has anyone heard about current offers in Section 11-7N-7W? I had an offer for $2500.nma but they said they would beat anyone else’s because they really wanted that area. Thanks in advance!

You could likely get a little bit more than the current offer assuming it was for 3/16 and possibly even at 1/5. Feel free to add me as a friend and I can give you more information.
