Paladin offered 1,600 at 1/5 for 3 years in Section 2, Township 9N, Range 10W. Jackfork topped out at 1,500. Paladin said Jackfork is working for Continental and they propose a multi-section horizontal. Not sure who Paladin is leasing for but they said the proposal was a 2-section horizontal. They cautioned about the risks of a multi-section. One being they might not place a wellhead in your section for some time? Not sure how it works though.

If you cannot get a good lease without post production charges, then you can wait for pooling and answer the order within the 20 calendar day time limit.
