Last offer I heard was $1200 3/16 or $1000 1/5 late in 2015. Not sure about now.

The lease prices are higher for McClain County than they were in 2015 with generous lease terms.

Look for greater than $1,500 per NMA @ 1/5th with a robust oil and gas lease.
