Received a lease offer for Carter County 17-5S-3W $600 per net mineral acre 3/16ths 3 year term, 2 year option to extend at 150% of the original bonus

Personally, I would never do an extension. The lease is the important thing. The first lease form they offer will probably not be in your favor.
