I received a lease offer in mail today from Osage Oil & Gas. Was wondering if any of you have dealt with this company & if so what is your opinion of them.

The last lease offer I received on these minerals were much less than this offer & the lease terms were not favorable. It was from a different company.

My offer is $1400 or $2000 an acre.
