My family has received an initial offer on 160 NMA in Section 25-19-17, Dewey County, for $500/ac., 3/16, 3 years. Are these fair terms for the area? We are the surface owners as well. This is our first lease negotiation and we haven’t started any talks as of yet. I would be interested in obtaining copies of the “Exhibit A Clauses” referred to in recent posts by Ron and Susan. Any advice is appreciated. Many thanks.

Ron has some better Exhibit A clauses…but I could forward them to you if he can’t.
