Just received an offer from Jack Fork Leasing for Gulfport. Property located in Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 6 West. They are offering $1,500 for 3/16, $1,000 for 1/5, and $0.00 for 1/4. Does anyone know what the going rate is for that area?
