I’m looking for any news on what the going lease bonus average is in the western part of the County - or - what average rate $ minerals are being sold at. Namely, E. Clapp, J. Tinkler, M. Andrews, R. Andrews, Swarte and J. Brennan Surveys.

Any intel would be appreciated.
