There does not seem to be too much excitement for Winkler Co. I have 2 blocks, approx 1 mile from Lea Co with production about 1 mile north, but there has been NO interest shown since the lease expired last year. ADS

Please take a look at some of the recent 2020 Winkler Co. alerts from CourthouseDirect. They seem to show a lot of activity continuing around the Lea County / state line, at least around Blks C-23 and 74.
