A 5-year lease is soon expiring. What is the going rate for renewal bonus rates in southern Monroe County/Washington County area? Want to make sure what we are being offered is competitive. Certainly lower than 5 years ago. ---

My lease for 5 years is expiring in a couple of weeks. I’m in Green Township. What is the going rate to lease for another 5 years? ---

A little vague on the actual location, but I found some relatively recent comps in southern Monroe that show up to $5,800 for 12.5% royalty.
