I have offers to lease minerals in Section 40, Block 36, T5N (A-509). Area not really active right now but it sits between CSG/EOG Santorini Unit to the West and another CSG/EOG Unit to the East. Does anyone have information on going rates for lease bonus?

Between $450 and $550 an acre and a royalties range of from 20% to 25%…seems to be an average for them.
