Anyone know what the going lease bonus rate is in Cottle county? Have an offer for $50.00 pnma.

You would have to give a better legal location for folks to help. Geology changes across the county, so lease prices will change as well.

I took a look at the Texas RRC, and it doesn’t look like there has been any activity there for a few years. I would hold off on that offer. If the area has promise, you should be able to fetch better terms than that.
