What are the going lease and royalty rates for re-worked verticals on property located south of Kilgore bounded by Hwy 259 on the East, Hwy 135 on the west and CR 918 on the south?

I appreciate your help. Thanks!

I’m not sure about that specific area, but I was just contacted by a Tyler company looking to re-work a previously plugged well. I was offered a nice size bonus and what I consider to be a reasonable royalty. However, they are unwilling to waive post production costs.

Does anyone else have more detailed information about movers and shakers in this area?
