Good Morning. I have a small interest in Lea County, New Mexico in Section 15: NW/4, Township 16 Range 36 East, NMPM. Can you let me know if there is activity in that area and the standard offer per NMA? Thanks!

Standard offer to buy your NMA or to lease it? Not sure I know either. Lease is probably $500/NMA, buy is probably $1500/NMA. Educated guessing.
There is a permit for a vertical Strawn/Penn well in the NW of Section 15. Approved in mid-2025. By somebody named Tamaroa Operating LLC. Which doesn’t mean much to me, but it’s way more activity than I expected to see here. A couple other Armstrong Energy permits to the W/SW.
