I’m looking for any royalty owners that are part of the Kincaid property in Crockett County, Texas that were receiving royalties from Epic Permian, LLC until Scout Energy Management, LLC took over in January 2025. It has been nothing but excuse after excuse in getting what they owe me. Are there any other Kincaid property owners out there with similar problems? Please let me know.
